It's working

Well first week and i've given up sugar completely and have stopped snacking between meals and have already lost 5lb. I'm two stone over weight and like most people eat to many things that are no good for me. Just a little bit of will power is all it takes.

Well done Chairleg! Getting to a healthy weight "just" by cutting the crap out of your diet sounds very sustainable. Best of luck :-)

Hi, Chairleg .

I am glad it is working for you.

I think many people could lose weight, as you and I do, without counting anything.

If, after a week or two, you find that your weight loss slows to below one pound a week, you could try Intermittent Fasting, e.g. not eating in the evenings.
