I only started my journey on Monday and I am finding it hard to keep going. Right now I am worried that I will not be able to keep going as I have no support at home. I need daily motivation because I easily get frustrated. I am scared that on Mondays weigh in I will still be the same or might have gained more weight.

I hope you have had time to read all the information marymanc gave you yesterday, it has lots of useful information about all the things happening on the forum that you can use to motivate and inspire yourself π
You have only just started, Rome wasn't built in a day It is completely overwhelming isn't it.
You need to take small steps, start changing to a healthy eating pattern, keep a note book or use an app to write down your menu, count your calories, change some of your food, if necessary concentrate on one meal at a time for the next 3 days until each one is healthy and balanced.
We can only offer you support if you come and take part on the forum. Join in the Whats Happening Thread each day, we all just have a general chat there and can ask questions an get to know each other. You could join in the Daily Diary each day and see what others are eating and pick up ideas and share your menu. You will get advice, in a non critical manner, that may help you.
Don't worry about your weigh in on Monday, people will only support you, not judge you
Go and make a cup of tea and sit and read you newbie letter again and find your way around on here and see if there are some challenges you could join in with. The support is here, we just need you to be here as well.
Please try not to get too stressed out about making a weigh in, or having support or not being able to keep going. Have you had bad experiences with 'diets' or weight loss before?
I have only been here three weeks and I don't know if I have lost weight, I have an eating/body image issue so cannot weigh myself. But as long as I am 'with the programme' as it were I am in with a chance. I might get in trouble for saying don't let weekly weighing in put you off trying to eat and live healthier, (this is a weightloss forum I suppose), but please don't loose heart.
As for support there is always support here. People are so helpful, ingenious in their problem solving when needs be and very willing to share.
Finally, I find that it's easier to keep going every day in little steps. Try replying to the daily diary and activity post, or joining one of the many challenges. They are working for me thus far. I feel more in control and my jeans are a tiny bit looser!
