Well I did it again! I am back on the downwards slope back on solid ground, thanks partly to a new Samsung Android phone. It automatically is tracking my walking with Samsung Health, so all I have to do is enter my calories and hey presto everything is done for me. I know you lot are probably thinking where has this guy been, welcome to the 21st century, but I love it. You wouldn’t think I am a computer scientist, chartered engineer, developer of everything IT, but cobblers children and all that.

Anyway since I was back on solid ground I thought I would choose a blast from the past with, “Hey You” from the Rock Steady Crew. Now the interesting thing for this song is young Daisy Castro, aka Baby Love, who sings the lead is she is hard to track down. Not impossible, but unlike many other stars, you cannot easily find her age out or her profile details. The best I could easily manage was that I believe she was about 14 when she sang this song in 1983, but then it says she want on to high school shortly afterwards so I am not convinced. I found a Facebook page, but other than some pictures of that time she has little more on there. Good on you Daisy considering today’s environment.

Nice to see you here again Johnny. I am pleased that you have found a useful tool with your Samsung. Many people here use their phones to track exercise and calories. I’m not one of them.
