If you click on 'Home', next to 'Posts' you will see the NHS 12 week plan on the right hand side when you scroll down.
The plan isn't so much a diet but a guide to living healthily, although it does include a path for sensible weight loss.

I hope you've found your way to the 12 week plan. It isn't meant to be a diet but a way for you to develop positive habits around food and ditch the unhelpful ones. There are no banned foods so you plan your own meals while counting calories. People here use different apps that make this easier and you'll soon get into it.
Start by making small changes - portion size? snacking? too much sugary stuff? not enough veg? I'm sure you'll know what you need to work on first - and ask any questions you want
