Hi and welcome, Jinnie :)

I used to have gallbladder problems, but I now don't have a gallbladder. I wish I'd researched before having it removed, or before having the problems.

There are dozens of You Tube videos, that explain how the gallbladder works and how best to keep it healthy.

To make navigating the forum easier, we've put all the information you'll need in a newbie pack and here's the link

Fingers crossed that they're small and benign then.

Hi. I hope you can avoid surgery by eating healthier and starting to do more exercise after your broken knee last year.

I got very ill with gall bladder problems, but nobody ever told me to loose weight and eat better. I ended up with major surgery...

Wishing you well!

Thank you. I’ve started. Been using the Anna Richardson book and just cutting out fat

Please don't cut the fat. Fat doesn't make you fat, that's been disproved many times. It's high GI carbs/sugar that are the culprits. Fat will make your food taste better and keep you full.

Ok I don’t eat high GI carbs anyway so I’ll take your advice on the fat thanks a lot
