I've been overweight all my life and last new years I decided enough was enough. My highest weight was 264 ilb and after becoming vegan I'm now down to 229ilb but unfortunately I reached a plateau for over two months now so I decided to follow the NHS plan for the next 12 weeks. I'm hoping to get down to 200 in these weeks but of course I'll be happy with any amount of weight loss!

After looking at week 1 I realized how little fiber I actually eat so I will be making sure to keep track of that. Wish me luck
