Be active on the forum, as that's where we exchange ideas and get our daily dose of motivation and inspiration and don't be afraid to ask for assistance, if you need it

I am also fairly new to the forum and so far it's been a great help and motivator. Lots of like minded people and sound advice should you need it. I have started the Monday weigh ins to try and keep myself on track. If it's something you feel would benefit you, head on over and check it out.

Welcome, one day at a time ! Write down what you eat and your daily routine, then see if you could make a small change be kind to your self, each day will be a huge task . Look forward to seeing how you get on 🙂
