Still looking into this site , all looks a bit daunting . Loads of info . I exercise each week running 3 times & a bootcamp. So I don't think exercise is a problem .
Any tips how to start ? Need to get this eating sorted so I'm good inside & out

You will get used to the site and lots of people will be on to give you some good advice.
Try the NHS bmi calculator and check for your calorie allowance, sign up for the NHS 12 week plan or simply download the full 12 weeks. That is how most people find out about this forum, which offers support. Good luck. Jp.
I find planning my meals for the week helpful- it keeps me focused when shopping (though occasionally crisps enter my basket!). Also I can work out my daily calories and if I have some extra free calories I maybe able to treat myself to a teacake, biscuit or scone or glass of wine. I fortunate my workplace has health & wellbeing programme for staff and they have a webpage I can use to chart what I eat so I can work out the calorific intake of the food I plan to eat for the day which definitely makes my life easier!
