Retired 65 year old male Canadian .weight Jan 1=240lbs

Today april 26 weight 212 lbs. Have been eating healthy. Going to the gym 4 out of 7 .

Noticed a fortweek ago my energy on stairs has almost disappeared even though could do 60 min of fast walking on treadmill. Today sitting in emergency dept. With pneumonia. I ignored the signs. Should have acted sooner. Now may not be back to gym for weeks. Pay attention to both diet and exercise and if things change in the way u feel

Act quickly.
