I have gained 2 stone in 3 years and have gone from 9 stone to 11 stone and I hate it but I’m really struggling with motivating myself to lose it again. I am a van driver and work from 4am to 4-5pm so I struggle to want to do exercise once I get in from work. I’m also quite lazy with cooking as I get so little time in the evenings so it’s quicker to do something quick that is usually not very healthy or nutritious.
I also have knee crepitus which while it doesn’t hurt really puts me off squats and workout DVD’s due to the sound.
Any ideas or advice will be really appreciated 😊

I'm sure you'll be able to find your motivation. Motivation means your reason for doing something. Think through what you have to gain by losing weight, what it would be like to have a healthier lifestyle, how you'd feel about yourself, what you'd do. That's going to be your motivation, so come back to it any time you feel it's too much trouble to change.
The rest of it is practicalities, and I can see you have a long working day. I wouldn't worry too much at the moment about "exercise", just snatch any time you can during the day to get out of the van, move around and have a short walk. There are also loads of activities on YouTube e.g. Leslie Sansone 15 min walks - they won't take up much time in the evening.
The most important thing will be developing a healthy eating pattern. I know what you say about cooking so, given your demanding work schedule, planning is going to be really important. Taking the time to do some batch cooking means you always have something in the freezer when you get home. And planning some healthy lunches on the go. You'll find some recipes ideas here, under Topics.
