So i lost another 2lbs this week - bringing me to a total of 1st 10 lbs lost so far. But the most exciting news from this for me is that i have lost 1/2" from every area of my body in just 2 weeks! All since starting c25k.
Super proud of myself for losing weight, super proud of myself for starting c25k and super super proud of myself for getting up at 6 am every other day to go running. If you had said i would be doing this just 3 weeks ago i would have laughed at you.
Change is possible - its all up to you. I am proof that it can be done.
