You do realise this is a peer to peer support group for the NHS 12 week plan.

Everything we do here, is in a 'virtual' reality. Weigh-ins take place in the comfort and privacy of your own home, not at a club.

If you're using the HealthUnlocked app, you won't have access to Events.

You don't want an app at all for this forum. It doesn't give you access to all the important areas. Just Google HealthUnlocked, then open the full website page. On my phone, Google Chrome opens automatically to this forum and I have open access.
