You are doing amazing by just acknowledging what you need to do that works for you to get healthy! Keep going, forget the bad, we all have slip ups now and again. Focus on the good and how you’re definitely going to reach you weight goal!
Congrats Pumpkins. Bad days happen but if you can recognise why then maybe you can come up with a way of it not happening in the future.
