Hello I am making a fresh start today after 5 glorious and uncontrolled weeks. Clinging on to the fact that I've still lost a stone. Can't do it alone, need to be accountable. Hopefully seeing everyone's success and familiar struggles here will keep me going! Can admin refresh my status to week 1 please? I had finished the original 12 weeks and soon after lost the plot. I have posted my weigh-in details on today's weigh-in. Thank you muchly! π
Re-Start: Hello I am making a fresh... - Weight Loss Support
Re-Start
You have lost weight and held on to the stone down, your weight loss is to be proud of..
Cheering you on to succeed and you have all on the forum to cheer you on πππ
No need for weekly badges. (We are not doing them now).
Thank you MW. I'm focused again now! Will my 1st 7lb badge be removed then please?
It's been updated to 1 stone, it's next to your name in the little grey box π Your moving forwards.. you've still lost that stone, and have a great new week to carry on..
Thanks!! π
Good luck with the re-run. You're starting from a great base, with 1 stone gone already
Thanks, yes don't want to keep drifting and be worse than when I first started.
did that... I am so ashamed I feel like I let my self down and now trying to pick myself up again .. congrats ont the stone lost!
I've really been feeling like that as people had just started to compliment me and notice the difference but as Anna61 says it's if we stay down that we lose out. We can pick ouselves up again...we're not robots, we make mistakes. Try to understand why you went wrong. I think I thought I had it cracked and could have a packet of biscuits in the house without eating them. Turns out I can't and maybe never will. But now I know and will try again. You can do it, look up not down!
Well done for getting back on track π. Remember, successful people arenβt the ones who never fall but the ones who pick themselves up afterwards π
Thanks!
Good luck and a stone loss is fab. Enough to encourage you Iβm sure.
Welcome back, we missed you! Know the feeling of losing grip but back to it
