hi.. Had my weigh in today and ive lost 5.5lbs.. at last the scales have moved after weeks of exercising and eating well and the scales not moving ... just shows if you keep at it and be patient the weight does come off eventually.

Last week I followed a no carb diet and seems to have given the weight loss a kick..

hooray!!

Good morning Bigmama99,

Wow! Congratulations to you! That's a fab amount to loose and a lot of hard work and dedication, well done. πŸ™‚ Maybe you can give me some good tips to get my weight shifting better.

I've walked my chubby legs off in the last couple of weeks and weighed myself this morning and I've only lost 1 and 3/4 pound : / and I've been so good. * sigh *

Keep up the good work Bigmama πŸ‘

that still a good weight loss this week..... I think maybe because we are exercising as well as eating healthy the weight doesn't want to leave us haha

I joined the gym on the 1st November and this is the 1st bit of weight I've lost.. so 6 weeks for me to see the scales move so hardly quick haha....but my clothes are getting baggy so that's a bonus. hoping now it's started it will continue but maybe I won't see anything for another 6 weeks but it won't stop me now...

That is amazing determination to still keep going even when the scales refuse to budge! So proud of you.

I'll stop feeling sorry for myself now and crack on 😊

Good luck for this week.

Hi and congratulations that's an amazing loss πŸ‘ glad you are feeling so much better now your body seems to be finding a balance. I have found if I eat too much bread I don't seem to loose weight so have cut that down quite a lot. Good luck for next weeks weigh in hopefully just 1.5 lbs and your first badge can be claimed. 😊

I know.. at last it moved... so with that loss this week and the amount of time I've been exercising & dieting it averages a 1lb loss per week.. I'm happy with that !

Well done you! 😊
