Have done my first weigh-in and happy to find I've lost 1kg by eating healthily and walking lots. I haven't been rigid about diet -- just cut down and avoided obviously wicked things like cake! Got to keep up the daily walking.....

Well done, it amazing how quickly it comes off if you avoid the snacks (my biggest problem). Occasional cake will taste absolutely amazing too! x
