Your body needs some salt, but check any packets for hidden sugar, you definitely don't need that.
Have a look at when you're eating rather than what you're eating. There are theories that say your body metabolises more efficiently after exercise, so plan your best meal of the day for soon after exercising on those days of the week. Also, it's just 3 weeks - it sounds like you're doing the right things so just keep going as you are I reckon. Maybe this is all having an effect but just temporarily there's no change on the scales. Have you checked your waist measurement etc? Maybe the change is more visible elsewhere? I hope your patience is rewarded and you see a change soon
I do slimming world and my weight has been slow for a while!!!
When I spoke to my consultant, she said go right back to basics like I did in my first week. When I thought about what she had said, she was right!
I was sooooo good for about 6 weeks, then naughty little odd treats sneaked in, and I wasn't being as good as I thought I was!!
After listening to her advice - I had fruit and yoghurt for breakfast every day, various salads for lunches and had things like hard boiled eggs, and couscous just to vary it and lean meats and loads of veggies for tea - and lost 5 pounds in a week. It wasn't boring as I had roasted veggies with basil for most evening meals and they are gorgeous!!!!
I found that if I was stuck for a while and had a bit of a blow out I would gain a couple of pounds. Following that if quite strict I would lose that amount within a day or two and also more weight besides. I think it must work a bit like the 5 2 diet and just kick start your metabolism. I know the same has worked for others. I doesn't stop you feeling guilty though, having a pig out.
