I've been meaning to do squats and other strength training, but haven't really been doing much. Your challenge got me started and keeps me focused. I combine it with the lunges and leg rolls on a ball prescribed by my physio and train together with my 14 year old son who is going skiing and must prepare if he wants to avoid injury.

My pleasure. Very pleased you are getting benefit from it. Squats are, to my mind, the one exercise everyone should be doing, and if you learn how to do them right, really simple.
