So I stumbled across this site whilst googling slimming world Vs weight watchers... both of which I've tried more times than I care to mention! Watched my weight pile on over the years then a few years ago managed to lose over 5 stones....met my fella and yep... slowly its gained again!
Want to get back to feeling fit and active for my 2 year old Grandson and for ME!!!!! Here's hoping I can do this!

Mental preparation is very important, so use your week to do exactly that. The more you plan and read on the forum the more successful you will be. You have done it before you will do it again.
