Happy New Year everyone. I totally blew it last year and so am now starting all over again. I could probably dredge up some excuses but it’s really down to liking food and wine not always in moderation! Really looking forward to the challenge and meaning to lose the weight and keep it off this time. Cauliflour cous cous will replace roasties and Prosecco will be replaced by sparkling water which is healthy and doesn’t give you a hangover (the motivation is to shed the midriff lard and look nice in clothes which are not “fat” clothes). If anyone else is starting all over again, we’ll crack it this time! Good luck.
