Well guys being very ill recently and lost my way completely.went back to my starting weight,but feel ready to start all over again and very determined to finish what I've started.hopefully this time I will succeed and reach my goals by xmas.

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been very ill Brian, I'm not surprised that your healthy eating went to pot! 

Happily, you're now feeling much better and are determined to get back on the wagon and try again!
