Happy new year to you all, I hope youβve all enjoyed the festivities. I gained over xmas, just 2lbs. But Iβm back on it and hoping for a loss when I weigh in on Thursday.
Iβve lost 5 and a half stone since the end of April, I donβt regret a minute. Iβve gone from a size 22 to a 12/14. Iβm hoping to get to target this year π

Well done on losing so much weight in such a short time, I would have expected it to take much longer. I have 5.5 - 6 stone to lose and you have given me the encouragements I need to really work hard at this
I should mention as well that Iβve had friends support but sadly Iβve also lost a friend through it as well π’ I guess those that are true friends will stick with u through thick and thin!
I've tried Weight Watchers in the past and am actually paid up until March with Slimming World but I lose some weight then it goes back on again so I thought I'd give counting calories a go
Of course I could always go between this and SW I suppose, as long as i lose weight.
Hi OliveOyl . Can I suggest you try the NHS 12 Week Healthy Eating Plan on here? It really does work and it's free and at your fingertips. Over the last 35+ years I have done WW , SW, SS and Cambridge but didn't have much success on any of them. The 12week plan is healthy eating and sustainable. I know the above groups work well for a lot of people but I wasn't one of them.
Your welcome OliveOyl . There's also a daily weigh in so just choose a day you want to start and stick to the same day every time you weigh in. I am part of the Super Sunday Slimmers which is normally open until 10pm but will rollover into Monday this week due to the New Year. Wishing you well in whatever you decide.βΊ
2lbs is only a small gain and you will soon lose it now your back on track after Christmas. You have done fantastic to lose 5 and half stone this year, well done you.
