Lots to lose...

Hi,

I’m in my early 40s and would like to lose 38kg this year in order to feel healthy and happy.

I know a lot about eating healthy and enjoy exercise; I just can’t be bothered and I like eating junk so I’m hoping that being here will help keep me focused and motivated.

Thanks. :)

Morning omalleycat

If you need some ideas on healthy eating have a look at the Daily Diary in Events on the Home page or at some recipes in the Topic section. Good luck with your first week. :)

I’m don’t eat meat so do tend to eat a lot of beans, pulses and nuts, in addition to salmon and tuna.

What do you mean by body-fat?

Thanks! :)
