I have started eating healthy food a month ago but my routines are devastated due to travelling and festivals. I need to stick on a routine and thinking of using NHS guide. Today is the first day. Wish me luck.

Sure you can get back to healthy eating after your break. Not sure what food you had ( or how much drink 😉), but a month shouldn't have made too much damage. I can remember lots of healthy food on offer on festivals, even though then I never bothered 😁
They always say the summer is the easy time to loss weight, but there is always lots going on. I seem to have spent the summer so far at a party or a bbq every weekend. It sounds like you are very much on track now so I hope you have a fantastic week.

One week at a time is all we can do. I hope your weekend has been good and you managed to keep to it.
I've been in pain with a bad back all weekend but decided to try and get out and have a gentle walk to loosen up. Normally I would have sat around with something sweet and felt sorry for myself. Really pleased I did and am sure it has helped massively.
I have decided to try and not make up excuses not to get on and enjoy my life.
