Hi guys I’m starting the nhs plan on 01/01/18 I have lost 2st in 8 weeks just by doing Leslie Sansone walk programmes which can be found on YouTube if anyone is interested I have been given the all clear to do the Couch to 5k runs too as I’m asthmatic thank you for your upcoming support

Sound very encouraging but I am not able to walk that far as I have mobility problems
