This morning erg

With the past 2 weeks being manic, I decided to head to the gym.

I'll be honest my head wasn't ready thinking of my husband Steve. But he told me to get it done and don't stop doing what I love doing. He assured me he would resting.

Did my warm ups, arms only, legs only, 1/4 slide. Once I warmed up, I took a deep breath and got started.

I just gazed at the monitor watching my rate. I wanted to do 24 the fist and 22 the second 2k. But as you can see, I need self controls! 😂 ended up being 25 the first 2k and 24 the second.
