Just joined you lovely lot today. I will have a mooch about and start making the changes I need to in the next couple of weeks (I can not find the weekly weigh ins etc. - could someone point me in the right direction?).
The main reason for joining is that I want to lose 6 ish stone mainly for health reasons as I have put on something like 3 and a half stone in the last 3 years (I have a bad back - amongst other things).
I gave up drinking alcohol in October to help improve my life mentally and physically (it is all going well - fingers crossed) so on to the next challenge........my weight.
