Why is it so easy to gain weight and so difficult to lose? And why is it so easy to get unfit and so hard to get fit?
On a more serious note: sometimes I'm not very hungry before meals until afterwards then I'm not satiated and start to get hungry. Do you think I should eat more slowly? Any suggestions?

I have this too Ribaka, can go ages without food but once I start eating I can’t seem to get full!! I think it could be hormones, and tell myself it’s appettie not hunger, tough though 😕
Just wondering what kinds of foods you're eating? I know a lot of people find protein most satiating but I find if a meal isn't carb based it just doesn't fill me up properly and I'll be picking at rubbish all night, maybe it's worth experimenting to see which foods are best for you?
