Hi I’m 52 5’4 and weight 11.5 stone have gained two stone over the last years and hate it. My problem is I am so good during the day but in the eve I think ‘ I’ve been so good today il have a couple of biscuits or 4!😩’ I’m evening weak and I need help ! She in as Christmas is over I need to get in it big time !

If you follow the link to the Newbie Club everything is in there and you will be able to find it. The site (which the admin team do not maintain) is a bit quirky so reading the post the link takes you to is the best way to get to know how it works.
It is well worth spending a little time finding your way around.

Welcome. I'm an evening muncher too, with an incredible sweet tooth. I can eat so disciplined and healthy during the day..and then I relax. My favourite help at the moment (not having biscuits in the house for others is not an option) is quark mixed with an options hot choc, sweetener and vanilla extract. Eaten with tiniest teaspoon I can find to make it last longer. Sometimes I add a chopped apple or banana to try fill me up more!
Of course when you feel yourself reaching for biscuits over an above your plan -come and post here!
