I'm trying hard to eat within three/four meals a day. Is there some hobby you can do to take your mind off food?
Stay here online, chat to us, focus on the forum and it will keep your mind off food!
It's not in secret if we know. Don't do it. How about some healthy snacks of raw veggies?

Boil or poach a couple of eggs and eat them instead. Or even an apple sliced up with some peanut butter to dip it into?? You will feel so much better tomorrow if you can remain in control ⭐️
So how did you do? Did you make it out okay? I had one too many gum drops making the gingerbread house. But I did good with the rest of the day.
I've had a few days off work, sitting at a desk doing paperwork. I find that more boring than a boring thing on boring day and find my mind drifting towards snacking a lot more than usual.
Can you get involved with something (interesting), especially something active?
