On a positive note… 🌈

In the last week and a half, I have been watching my diet more, and consistently exercising. I have started to lose weight again, and I am now down to 251.6lbs. Last Wednesday, I was 254.8lbs, so that's a loss of 3.2lbs, which I'm very pleased with.

I am so grateful that I'm now progressing again, after stagnating for a number of weeks.

My goal is to get under 250lbs by next Wednesday. If I stick to my diet and exercise routine, I think that is achievable.

My end of year goal is to reach or surpass 244lbs. I'll just be very grateful if I can get out of the 250s!

I want to officially be in the early 200s, rather than almost 300lbs.

At the beginning of my journey, I was 308lbs, and I was so shocked that I was considered supermorbidly obese with a BMI of around 46. I'm now on the cusp of getting to a BMI of 39, which I'm much more comfortable with, but I still have a long way to go.

On my mental health, there's been no improvement yet. I know this 50mg of Sertraline isn't going to do much for me, so I'm just waiting for my appointment with my doctor, and then she'll recommend that I increase the dosage.

That's great news DiZia you've pushed on despite that temporary pause and goes to show that despite setbacks, we just need to keep plugging away. That's a very good one week loss.

I think you should pop into "What's Happening" and ask for your badge to be upgraded to a 3 stone one :) On top of that, you're only 2lbs away from earning a 4 stone badge. You are doing brilliantly and have lost a sixth of your body weight already.

Good luck with getting into the lower half of the 200s and also with dropping into the BMI 30s. Lots of positive things just within your grasp.

I've seen Sertraline used to great effect so I hope it goes well with your doctor.

Pleased to hear your weight dropping, wishing you well for Wednesday.

Hope you get the right support and help for your mental health. I suffer with mental illness myself, I know the right support can be invaluable.

Very true. I hope a psychologist contacts me soon, and the tablets work a little.
