4 months in. Still following the plans.

Along with running three times a week including Parkrun I am still using the weekly chart and keeping down with my KC.

The biggest difference to me has been in what I eat and drink. Fruit or vegetables at least 5 a day and beer gone completely. No cheese and bread as I used to have or pasta and rice.

Last night grilled fish with an apple to follow tonight cold grilled fish with a chilli and lime based salad.

At the start of the diet I was existing on 400 to 500 KC per day at least 4 times a week. Now I am averaging around 900 per day through the week. This includes my treat which is a glass of French Red (small 88 KC) three times a week.

I am down from 124.7 to 96.4 KG this morning. The weight loss is now less per week than before but I am learning to manage it and week on week there is still always a net loss.

Mind over matter has been the winner for me.

Very well done tfcmagpie 😊. That is excellent news

Slow and steady weight loss is the way to go, especially after quite a rapid loss

Best wishes
