That is exactly what I weigh now. I have lost 18 lbs to get here and feel alot better now. I have about 20 more to go. This is a great place for tips from those who have lost and a place for support. Put your details into the NHS BMI calculator for a calorie range for you. There's a calorie checker next to that, or you can Google, or use an app, like MyFitnessPal.
