I just started my a diet and daily routine exercises. I know that it will be a long trip to get an obvious change at current weight. If you know could you please inform me, when can i observe an obvious change on my body. So i can motivate myself to be patient. Many thanks.

Hello and welcome to the Weight Loss Forum cafer_yalakkaya 😊
To answer your question, I felt better mentally within a week, once I knew I had found an eating plan that suited me. Physically, within a few weeks I could feel my body responding to the better nutrition and increased movement, I felt energised and healthy. To actually look ‘slimmer’ I think took a couple of months, but this varies on how much weight you have to lose. It’s hard to be patient, but as someone said, time will pass either way so try not to stress about the end result and enjoy the journey 😊
I'd like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out. If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and respond to others there, you'll soon break the ice. Here's the link
You'll find all the information you need to navigate the forum in the header and a link to the 12 week plan, so please take the time to read it carefully.
Wishing you all the best
Anna

The 12 weeks mark the difference is usually massive. Everyone responds differently. Sometimes weight sticks for a bit then suddenly drops, sometimes it’s slow and steady. Take a before pic and take another each week so you can see the difference. Good luck on your journey 🎉
