I think you might be better devoting some time to planning what you will eat! Weight loss is about 80% governed by diet and only 20% exercise.
Good planning for meals and trying to weigh and log your food alongside exercise will ensure success.
Have you managed to work out how many calories you should be consuming in order to lose weight?
