I have lots of weight to lose and I was curious if anyone has any exercise tips they would like to share? What works best for you? What seems to help you lose weight- and keep it off- the most? Any advice?

Like the others have already mentioned Meoward exercise is a part of the weight loss equation but mostly it will be about changing your eating and drinking lifestyle.
When it comes to choosing exercise though, try and find something that you're going to enjoy and that you are likely to sustain.
I would like to point out that there are people here that could hardly walk when they started and would never have contemplated running but now they run regularly and enjoy it. My point there is, give things a try because sometimes you never know
