Cheering you on to reach your goals 🎉🎉🎉
Hi and welcome!! I've lost 18 lbs since I started in June. I just eat all healthy and walk alot. Good luck to you.
Hello Realbc . Calorie counting is making a big difference for me and I've lost 10lbs in 6 weeks. I'm aiming for slow and steady, and establishing positive new habits.
All the best to you. You'll find all you need to know about this site in Minniewinny's post
Hi and welcome and don’t panic it’s a shock when we first find our weight and BMI especially if you haven’t weighed for months or in my case years lol.
My BMI is still over 30 but no matter it’s work in progress and you can do this too that BMI will lower slowly, safely and steadily. Don’t rush things, gain all the information from others on here who have a wealth of knowledge, give yourself small goals maybe you’re first half stone, treat yourself and then move on.
I started the 12 week plan and have just carried it on adding exercise into my day albeit just extra walking and now just trying the gym out.
Hope you find things run smoothly for you looking forward to hearing of your progress.
Thank you for your replies!! It's great to hear that you all lost some weight. I am really at the start of the jurney but I can see how this forum can help and motivate people to live more healthily
