Think I’ve found the place where W.E record our weekly results. I am thrilled at the end of week 4 I have lost 2.25 lbs and overall 6.25 lbs since I started. Health unlocked is a great forum. Thanks to everyone.

You're still on the open forum, wellington! If you are presented with a template to fill in, you're starting your own thread, not replying to someone else's.
Follow the instructions I gave you to find the weigh-in, then scroll through, reading and replying to other people's posts, until you get to the last reply box, where you log your own weight, where it says, leave a comment......
