I live in Bridlington and am retired. I have managed to put on two and a half stone this year and need to take it off again? I am finding it very difficult to get going. I am a lifetime yo-yo dieter but in my whole life have never weighed as much as I do now.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I also am retired . I have gained quite a bit . Need to losee it for my knees. I have been on a diet for 40 years . Sometimes on and mostly off . Come to the point when I say to my granddaughter . I have to lose weight . She says you always say that. So wise lol . Janiceach
