Day 20

I've lost 12lbs in 20 days which is wonderful. Got the grandkids here today so they and the rest of the tribe tend to munch and munch but I'll resist.

I'm an old fashioned guy so carve the meat. Normally only 3/4 of the joint makes it past me to the table. I love the fat off beef and chicken skin.

I was raised in beef dripping so need to be strong!

I am on low carb high fat diet and so eat the fat off the meat and the chicken skin - best parts in my opinion

Ooo yummy beef dripping on toast - making my mouth water now
