That's great! I did some dancing and exercise yesterday, as well as walking my furbaby. Legs are sore today but will still need to take my girl for her walkies and I plan on having a dance later, aswell as some other forms of exercise to get my heart pumping!

Do you have a set routine Yogita11 ? Or do you follow a video? The ones I do are mostly for back, neck, shoulders and core but I’d be interested in ones specifically for legs.
