Hey 👋🏻 so I joined Sw for the millionth time after a day couldn’t hack it just doesn’t work for me! Back on MyFitnessPal and it’s going well 😀 question is one night a week after weigh in I want to hav a cheat meal 🥘 so I was thinking of weighing every Saturday ! Could this sabotage my losses ?

I guess it depends how extravagant your cheat meal will be and how well you make up for it, during the week, dani.
It's fine to save up some calories through the week, but beware of leaving yourself too short, getting hungry and then blowing it all by eating everything you can lay your teeth on
I'm sure you'll be able to juggle things wisely
The Saturday weigh-in will be very pleased to have you join them
Go for a mid-week weigh in if you feel you can't be trusted with a sat night off! There's no point in making things harder for yourself. Knowing your weaknesses is half the battle.
I would not do a cheat meal. You will get bloated and weight will go up for about a week which just slows down the process and is unmotivating and frustrating. Why lose and then go right back up?
From my personal experience I would not have a cheat meal. It will lead you into the cupboards or shops that have treats we avoid all week. And then gain almost to the weight you loss.
