Well what I have done as I am so tired today is done a video for everyone to watch on my progress this week as I haven't updated on here much this week due to being so busy with work and extra activities like....
Moving 8 pallets of 10kg bricks (300 bricks approx)
Hey SilverSpeed, great video and you seem so empowered, so positive and so good. You said you feel you havent done much well I cant believe what you have done, amazzzzzing! What an achievement too no sweets, crisps, alcohol and best no chocolate eclairs. If you have lasted this long without them then you have trained yourself to live without them, I think. Hey who cares what you wear when you go out walking, we are not doing a fashion parade are we when we are concentrating on do something good for ourselves. About the reduced stuff I think many of us have been there, I know I do and good on you for choosing lettuce over the pastries, dont know if I still have that will power though I have been buying more vegetables to eat. Ohhhhh I love cornbeef too but havent had it for ages. Anyway, great to watch your videos and look forward to hearing about your weight loss on Sunday. Jennilou thanks so much for the support. I have a bit of a day tomorrow moving the bricks to the back of the garden but I have all day tomorrow to do that instead of 3 hours so I will take my time on that one.
Good, so take it a little easier with the bricks dont want you to put your back out even though you said you are picking them up the right way. Take it easy on Sunday
