Target smashed. Brilliant ! I envy you. Nice work, you must be so pleased. My first large/long range target is to get under 100kgs. I lost a kilo last week. Hopefully I've earned/worked for another 1kg loss on Tuesday morning when I weigh myself. This will reduce my weight from 118kg to 117kg. If I keep this up, I should be under 100kgs in 17 weeks. That's the end of March next year. More weight to be lost after that though, ultimate goal is to be 60kgs or nearest offer !

Haven't watched the video yet - stupid work computer has minimal sound so can't hear a word you're saying. But it always comes across loud right when you don't want it to (customer and boss in the room) lol.

1kg! That's a massive result :D Go Speedy :D

Gr8 achievement go silver speed smashed it , now next target I think it is much better having a stepped approach for targets rather than a complete focus on one huge goal good luck
