I'm still finding my way around but like what i've found.Got back on track a week ago and have lost 7lb-some of that is due to having a nasty virus last week though-not recommended! I have been a bit of a yo yo dieter but since 2007 have lost 3 stone and 9lb, 3 and a half stone to go!
