Hello, I started at 76kg with a 38" waist, this morning don't know what my weight is but lost 4" off my waist! Great! Really pleased.

Starting the 12 weeks again today to lose the other 4". Looking forward to finding out how members will manage over Christmas and New Year so that I can meet next year at a better weight and with a lot more willpower.
