Bit of a recovery🙈

So after losing 4Ibs last week..I ate everything in sight on Mon/Tues to celebrate the loss!! I then pulled myself together the rest of the week with the help from the messages I received..thank you..have just weighed myself and have lost 2Ibs..no celebrations!! Just pleased I had a loss..Good Luck all for this week.

As long as you're NOT using the HU app, Geri_rose, as that will not give you access, then click on home and scroll right down to the bottom of your screen and just above the 12 week plan, you'll find the link to the weigh-in, in Events :)

lol, made me laugh. There are so many of us who have celebrated our losses by eating! Such a hard habit to break when food has been a reward for all sorts:)

I've just done the same, but won't know about weight loss til Wednesday. Back on the wagon (well, to sensible eating) for me...

Very well done for your losses Geri_rose , especially for your recovery. Those are the moments that make us stronger and let us know that even though there may be low points, we have the strength to deal with them.

Thank you..I was very pleased that I stopped celebrating on the Tuesday and managed to lose the 2Ib..have a good week.

Wow you managed to rein that in really well and then had a good loss too. For some reason I always visualise blocks of butter so that's 4 less you are carrying around plus the 8 you lost the week before - 12 whole blocks fantastic! Keep going ....... :)
