Hi. I am Nur, 26 years old. I have been gradually gaining weight and today, just took the BMI test again. Am aware that I am obese. Yes, I am. But, just realized that my BMI is already 40; which is way unhealthy. I have PCOS which I have been blaming for few years now as a reason for me gaining weight. But, now, I want to change. I want to be healthy. I hope to have some guide and support here.

Welcome Nur91 to this forum. Start by computing your daily calorie range and work with it by eating healthy and nourishing food that will keep you full longer and curb the cravings. If possible, reduce your carbohydrate intake (rice, potatoes, wheat etc) and increase your protein, healthy fats and veggie intake. Prepping your food in advance would be great too.
All the very best!
Hi matets.
