3 meals today. Lowered my breakfast intake. Still doing well. Got a yogurt for pudding rather than eat what the boys and my wife will.

Hi MrJoshua glad to here you are still doing well. Yogurt is a great alternative for a pud. I usually have a plain one and add berries to it to bulk it out.

I have been on this journey for the last three weeks and weight going in the right direction.

Exercise is my next goal as I have been on antibiotics for a few weeks and now they are finished I have to step up.
