I only lost 1lb on my weigh in, not too pleased really with that.

Go into the kitchen and weigh out a pound of flour.

Put it in a bag.

Now, carry it around the house for a few minutes, up AND down the stairs.

THAT is how much you have lost.

It maybe less than you hoped for but is going in the right direction:) Keep it up, it will be worth it!

Its still a loss and that is what you want, every loss should be celebrated, you will get to your goals some weeks will just be slower than others. Keep up the good work

You need to focus on diet to lose weight not just exercise. Good luck
