Go into the kitchen and weigh out a pound of flour.
Put it in a bag.
Now, carry it around the house for a few minutes, up AND down the stairs.
THAT is how much you have lost.

Its still a loss and that is what you want, every loss should be celebrated, you will get to your goals some weeks will just be slower than others. Keep up the good work
